The Wesleyan College Creating Equal Opportunities (CEO) Leadership Institute offers a transformational experience to a cohort of first year students looking to develop their skills as leaders. In addition, this elite group gets a competitive advantage by enhancing their education through Wesleyan’s exclusive mentorship model.
Each member of the CEO Leadership Institute receives 4:1 mentorship through peer, career, academic, and alumnae connections. This engaged and talented group provides the student with advice, acts as coaches and mentors, and helps them make connections and broaden their network.
Institute graduates will also benefit from exposure to top CEOs and other industry and community leaders, experiential learning, workshops and professional and leadership certificates.
The CEO Leadership Institute is ideal for young women looking to use their leadership skills to see the advancement of equality for women. Students demonstrating high academic acuity, leadership in extracurricular activities, and a drive to succeed should consider applying.
